A man was arrested for smearing feces on a woman’s face. According to police, the offender laughed and said, “Sh*t happens, haha.” However, once he got to Riker’s Island, one inmate delivered “prison justice” and gave the man’s face a “permanent makeover” that he will have for the rest of his life.

New Yorkers, who are accustomed to violent crime, were outraged over the video footage of a man smearing human feces on a woman’s face in an unprovoked rush-hour attack inside a Bronx subway station. The 43-year-old victim was sitting on a bench on the southbound platform when a man began walking toward her, holding a black plastic bag, according to the police.

Then, without saying a word, he smashed the vile contents of the bag in her face and then smeared it on the back of her head, the footage shows. According to the New York Post, the NYPD soon arrested Frank Abrokwa, who they found at a homeless shelter. Upon arrest, he made light of the attack, quipping to cops, “Sh*t happens. Haha. This is a sh*tty situation. Haha.”

When Frank Abrokwa was arraigned, he continued his flippant behavior. Prior to his appearance before Judge Wanda Licitra, he could be heard in the holding area grumbling, “Why am I still here? I’m f*cking tired of it. I’m hungry.” He then lashed out at the judge, lamenting, “Why am I being mistreated by the system?” His tirade continued. “I’m being respectful. I’m talking to my attorney,” he snapped at the jurist. “You’re talking to her. Not to me. F*ck you, b*tch.”

Assistant District Attorney Grace Phillips described the horrible crime to the courtroom. Just before the attack, Abrokwa approached the victim and said, “Hey Mami, how come you don’t want to talk to me?” Phillips said. “The complainant did not engage with the defendant,” the ADA said. “Instead of taking the lack of engagement in stride, the defendant responded with violence. He walked into a nearby idling subway car and defecated in a bag.”

ADA Phillips explained what happened next. “He then walked back to the complainant and repeatedly smashed the bag and left his feces in her face, head, neck, shoulders, and back area. She had feces in her eyes and hair. As he attacked, the defendant stated in sum and substance: ‘Like this, bitch?’”

According to news reports, the community outrage continued when the judge’s hands were tied due to the “soft on crime” bail reform policies. “Following the incident, Abrokwa was arrested and charged with forcible touching, menacing, disorderly conduct, and harassment but because the crimes are considered non-violent, a judge couldn’t set bail in the case and he was allowed to walk free,” The Post reported.

However, fate caught up with the “poop perp” after he allegedly barged into an office at a Harlem storage facility, shattered a glass window with a dumbbell, and threatened a worker, court records state. That’s when he was arrested again, but this time, Abrokwa was taken to Riker’s Island, where most of the inmates were well versed in his crimes.

According to Fox News, Frank Abrokwa had his face scalded with boiling water after another inmate attacked him. Abrokwa is expected to have permanent facial scarring after the other inmate, who has the last name “Burns,” attacked him with boiling water. Abrokwa had a target on his back, sources said. “He didn’t deserve it but if anyone was going to get burned, he would be the first one in line,” a source noted.

The man who became one of the most hated men in New York City reportedly has a rap sheet going back to the 1990s, with at least 20 unsealed prior arrests and charges consisting of robbery, assault, forcible touching, criminal possession of stolen property, and aggravated harassment, police said.

The incident could permanently disfigure Abrokwa. “You can wash sh*t off your face and remain with the mental scars. When it comes to hot water, you will have physical and mental scars for the rest of your life,” the source added. It may seem ironic that the inmate who delivered the “permanent makeover” to Abrokwa was named “Burns,” delivering prison justice by throwing scalding water into his face.
