A father accused the school district of concealing his daughter’s rape by a “gender-fluid” student in the girl’s bathroom. However, when he voiced his complaint, the school board had him promptly arrested.
After Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County School Board meeting, the father refused to remain silent. He’s determined to bring down the politically corrupt board at all costs after he says they committed a sin far worse than promoting Critical Race Theory or hyper-sexualized curricula: concealing a rape on campus.
After the Virginia district took the initiative to implement a gender-affirming policy, Smith says that his ninth-grade daughter was sexually assaulted in the girl’s bathroom. However, instead of expressing concern for the safety of the victim, the district has done everything it can to protect the alleged abuser.
Initially, Smith was called to Stone Bridge High School and informed that his 15-year-old daughter had been physically assaulted in the bathroom by a male, The Daily Wire reports. However, he soon discovered that his child had been raped by a biologically male student wearing a skirt. When school officials told the distraught father that they would handle the incident “in-house” instead of reporting it to the police, he lost it.
“I went nuts. I called the principal a p—-,” he said. “Six cop cars showed up like a f—ing SWAT team” to respond to the school’s complaint about an assertive parent, he said.
Minutes later, sheriff’s deputies arrived at the school — but not to investigate the alleged rape of a child. Incredibly, school officials had called the police on Smith, and he was handcuffed and escorted from the campus. Luckily, when he explained the situation to the officers, they went back to the school to perform a proper investigation.
“Thank God that I drew enough attention to it, without getting arrested, that we got an escort to the hospital and they administered a rape kit that night,” Smith said. A SANE exam and buccal swab, his lawyer said, later came back favorable to the prosecution’s case.
The accused student was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio. Disturbingly, Smith’s daughter wasn’t the first victim. In fact, the accused, whose name is withheld due to them being a minor, was charged with sexual battery and abduction of another female classmate at a different school.
Weeks after Smith’s daughter was allegedly raped, LCPS Superintendent Scott Ziegler lectured the public during an open forum that transgender students are the real victims. Additionally, he claimed that “we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.”
Board chair Brenda Sheridan asked, “Have we had any issues involving transgender students in our bathrooms or locker rooms?”
“I think it’s important to keep our perspective on this, we’ve heard it several times tonight from our public speakers but the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist,” he replied.
At some point during the meeting, a transgender activist named Jackie Schworm, who’s made it her mission to dox parents who disagree with the district’s policies, stood up and told Smith and his wife that his daughter was lying about being raped, according to Smith. The trio began to argue, with Schworm promising to ruin his plumbing business and Smith calling her a “b—.”
It was then that Smith felt the hands of a police officer yanking him away from the event. Smith was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He later received a letter banning him from the school board building. Schworm, on the other hand, continued to attack the man’s underage daughter, painting her as mentally unstable and a liar.
Schworm told The Daily Wire that if Smith’s daughter told them she was raped by “a Martian,” she would believe her, but also made repeated comments about the daughter’s mental stability.
Scott Smith took his daughter’s story to the media and refused to allow the school district to silence him. He says that his child isn’t the same since attending LCPS. He says she’s traumatized by the incident and has adopted radical leftist views during her time at LCPS.
Smith’s daughter is the face of progressive policies in the education system. Our children will continue to suffer at the hands of these dangerous ideologues unless we stand up and fight their indoctrination.
