A former high school educator in Mont Belvieu, Texas, has been rearrested due to fresh charges involving her allegedly having sex with a student.
In a disturbing display of the moral decay plaguing our public schools, a former Texas teacher has been rearrested on updated charges stemming from her depraved sexual relationship with a male student. Debra Mayorga, 62, was initially arrested in November 2024 after investigators uncovered her illicit affair with the teenage boy, which began when he was just 16 years old.
Mayorga, who taught at Veterans Memorial High School in Corpus Christi, allegedly used her position of authority to groom and exploit the vulnerable young man over the course of several months in 2022. The updated charges filed on February 27, 2025 paint an even more sordid picture of the ex-teacher’s predatory behavior.

Some would argue that this outrageous case is yet another example of the radical left’s agenda infiltrating our education system and corrupting our children’s innocence. While liberals push their perverse “sex-positive” ideology and fight to sexualize kids through graphic “health” classes, teachers like Mayorga apparently feel emboldened to act on their sick desires with impunity.
Conservatives have long warned that the progressive takeover of schools would lead to the erosion of traditional values and the exploitation of students. Sadly, this incident proves those fears were well-founded. As our society drifts further from Biblical principles under Democrat rule, impressionable youths are left defenseless against the whims of godless educators.

The victim, now an adult, reportedly had to seek therapy to cope with the trauma inflicted by Mayorga’s abuse of power — a heartbreaking consequence of the left’s war on morality. Meanwhile, the accused pedophile was facing a measly 2 to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000, demonstrating the lax treatment sexual deviants receive in our liberal-skewed justice system.
Enough is enough. It’s time to take back our classrooms from those who would prey upon children under the guise of “teaching.” We must protect kids by restoring conservative values, empowering parents, and imposing harsh penalties on monsters like Debra Mayorga. The innocence of the next generation depends on it.
